ZZ Top har släppt nya singeln Brown Sugar från det kommande albumet RAW. Det är soundtracket till bandets populära och kritikerrosade Netflix-dokumentär That Little Ol’ Band From Texas, 2019.

Albumet är dedikerat till bandets basist Dusty Hill som gick bort förra året.

Hill var en av de stora i den amerikanska bluesen.

När man ändå är igång en söndagskväll

Grym låt, men för att få lyssna på den fantastiska Ellen Foley som sjöng originalet på skivan Bat out of Hell (hon är den blonda tjejen i videon) så blir det slideshow då hon inte finns med på någon livespelning.

For the creative purpose of this clip, i have turned it into a case of two women vying for the same bloke! Ellen Foley who performs the actual vocals on the track. and Karla DeVito who appeared in the clip for this song along with 'You took the words' and the art work, are both illustrated in this post. It is another great example of how wonderful Ms Foley's voice is and how chronically under-appreciated she was in pop culture. She holds her own perfectly well alongside Marvin Lee 'Meat Loaf' Arday.
